Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Italian Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge of food service standards. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations


• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences


• Oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations


• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels


• Develop staff schedules, monitor performance, and facilitate training programmes


• Ensure the delivery of high\-quality food production and presentation


• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant premises


• Collaborate with culinary team to innovate menu offerings and optimise kitchen efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse staff groups


• Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, and serving roles


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production


• Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is desirable


• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff


• Experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential


• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£47,218\.67 per year
