Andrew Grant is a long\-established estate agency specialising in both Sales and Lettings across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. Marketing is an important part of the business, supporting our growth, strengthening the Andrew Grant brand and helping us communicate effectively with our clients and the wider market.
We are looking for a Marketing producer to join our team and play an active role in delivering the marketing objectives of the business.
This is a varied position for someone who highly organised and confident they can work on diverse areas of the business. You will have responsibility for the planning and delivery of marketing activity and for monitoring performance.
The Role
Working alongside the marketing team, you will be involved in the day\-to\-day delivery of our marketing activity, including:
- Supporting the development and delivery of the company’s marketing plans and objectives.
- Assisting managing our social media channels, including planning, creating and scheduling content.
- Managing written and visual content for use across our digital channels.
- Supporting our e\-commerce activity, including managing content and online promotions.
- Managing and updating website content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant and engaging.
- Supporting our Google presence including Google Business Profiles, Google Ads and other Google platforms (training provided).
- Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and measuring their performance.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing general marketing administration.
We are looking for the right personality who can demonstrate a positive, organised and dynamic mindset. You will be someone who wants a role where they can become involved in the wider marketing function rather than focusing on one particular area.
Good administration is important. You will need to be organised, reliable and able to manage several pieces of work at once, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Pay: From £28,000\.00 per year
