GIS ENGINEER

- Data checking and quality control
- Really good knowledge of geodatabases
- Managing deliveries through a document control system
- Working with subcontractors and the client to make sure data gets delivered properly
- Geometry and metadata checking
- Experience with archaeological, ecological and ground investigation stuff would be a bonus
- Quality checking and reporting on GIS deliverables
- Being the go\-between for sub\-contractors and client to make sure everything's delivered to the right standard
- Training and helping sub\-contractors deliver data as we need it
- Support the wider team with GIS training, questions, and ways to improve things
- Help the BIM lead with getting the BIM Execution Plan sorted
- Work with the GIS manager on creating and managing data for Web\-GIS apps
- Stick to LM values and principles
- Get involved in and promote the LM 'Making the Right Choice' programme
- Make sure you're following JV policies and procedures
- Join in with JV\-wide collaboration and learning sessions
- Keep helping the broader team hit EWC North goals
