Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and overall guest experience.


• Supervise and motivate staff across departments, providing guidance on service standards, food safety protocols, and team development.


• Oversee food production processes to ensure high\-quality culinary offerings that meet safety and hygiene standards.


• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement.


• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements at all times.


• Create a welcoming environment by fostering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.


• Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability while maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere.

• Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within restaurant or hotel settings.


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending skills, and serving protocols.


• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing diverse teams with a focus on team management and staff development.


• Strong background in food safety practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations.


• Experience in managing restaurant or bar operations with an emphasis on hospitality excellence.


• Familiarity with hotel or similar hospitality environments is advantageous.


• Additional skills such as barista experience or culinary expertise are considered a plus.

Pay: Up to £40,000\.00 per year
