We are now seeking an experienced General Manager to guide the next chapter – strengthening our Irish operations, expanding our commercial reach, and establishing a credible pathway into the UK and select European markets.
You will have full commercial and operational control, direct access to the Group CEO, and the opportunity to shape strategy, investment, people, and performance.

Role Overview
- Position Title: General Manager
- Company Size: 48 Employees (split across production, sales/office, and a few mid\-level supervisors)
- Reports To: Company Owners
- Direct Reports: Production/Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Finance/Admin Lead
- Coordinate Production: Ensure factory output matches active sales orders and inventory targets without creating bottlenecks.
- Quality \& Efficiency: Monitor production workflows to reduce waste, lower costs, and maintain product quality standards.
- Supply Chain: Supervise material procurement, supplier relationships, and logistics to keep production running on schedule.
- Drive Revenue: Work with the sales team to set targets, chase key accounts, and expand profit margins.
- Market Alignment: Adjust manufacturing plans based on changing customer demand and incoming sales forecasts.
- Customer Relations: Handle high\-level client escalations or complex contract negotiations.
- Budgeting: Prepare, track, and manage the annual operating budget across production, payroll, and sales.
- Cost Control: Review expenses regularly to ensure the 48\-person team operates profitably and within financial limits.
- Supervise Staff: Direct 3 to 5 direct reports (department leads) and oversee general workplace culture.
- Hiring \& Training: Participate in recruitment, onboard key personnel, and support ongoing staff development.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, resolve internal conflicts, and manage workplace safety policies.
- Experience: 5\+ years in a senior management role, ideally within a blended manufacturing and commercial environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or an engineering/industrial discipline.
- Core Competencies: Strong financial literacy, cross\-department communication, and effective delegation
