Location: Beverley and surrounding areas
Salary: £12\.82 per hour, rising to £13\.32 per hour with 2\+ years' relevant care experience

Working Hours: Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm, 7 days per week
Rota: 2\-week rolling set rota

We are looking for Female Care Assistants to join our team.

No previous care experience is required. We are looking for people with the right values, attitude and commitment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person\-centred care and support to people in their own homes.

Every person we support is different, so your role will be centred around their individual care plan, preferences and daily routines.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities


• Assisting with washing, dressing and personal routines where required


• Supporting with meals and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment


• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction


• Supporting people to maintain their independence and make their own choices


• Helping individuals attend appointments and access activities in their local community


• Supporting people living with dementia or other care needs where required


• Following individual care plans and risk assessments


• Monitoring and reporting changes in an individual's health or wellbeing


• Maintaining accurate and confidential care records


• Following safeguarding, health and safety and company procedures


• Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals


• Promoting dignity, privacy, choice and respect at all times

Your Working Pattern

Our services operate 7 days a week, between 7:00am and 11:00pm.

You will work a mix of shift patterns within these operational hours, according to a 2\-week rolling set rota.

This means you will have your working pattern in advance and will be part of a consistent team providing reliable care throughout the week.

Weekend availability is required.

Driving Licence Requirement

A full UK driving licence is required for this position.

The role involves travelling to and from the homes of the people we support, so you must be able to drive as part of your normal working duties.

No Care Experience? That's OK

You do not need previous experience in care to apply.

Our pay reflects relevant care experience:

£12\.82 per hour
For applicants without 2 years' relevant care experience.

£13\.32 per hour
For applicants with 2 or more years' relevant care experience.
