Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Ecommerce Lister \& Social Shopping Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing online product listings and enhancing our social media presence to drive engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for social media management and public relations. This is split between ecommerce product listing and online shopping host

Responsibilities

• Create and optimise product listings across various e\-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.


• Manage daily updates to product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.


• Develop engaging content for social media channels to promote products and brand awareness.


• Interact with followers and customers on social media, responding promptly to enquiries and comments.


• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies to increase visibility.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that align with sales objectives.


• Maintain organised records of listings, content calendars, and engagement metrics.


• Assist in building positive public relations through consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience or interest in social media management and digital marketing.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Excellent written communication skills in British English.


• Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, or Amazon is desirable.


• Familiarity with public relations principles and online reputation management.


• Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and content creation.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.


• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new skills in the digital space. This position is paid and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a career in e\-commerce and social media management within a vibrant organisation.

The working hours will be flexible and on a rota basis between the working hours of 9am to 8pm. For example one week could be a 9\-6pm and could change due to demand to 11am to 8pm from Monday to Thursday. Hours are flexible with notice given. Fridays are standard of 8am to 4pm

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
