E\-Commerce \& International Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: £45,100 per annum \+ performance\-related commission
Hours: 37\.5 hours per week
Position: Full\-time, permanent
Supra Products is an established and growing supplier of architectural hardware, is seeking an experienced E\-Commerce \& International Digital Marketing Manager to lead the continued development of its online, wholesale and international business.
The successful candidate will take a leading role in the company's ongoing expansion into European and US markets, including the development of sales through Amazon and other online channels.
Key Responsibilities
\- Lead and develop the company's e\-commerce and digital marketing strategy.
\- Manage and supervise a marketing/e\-commerce team of approximately 15 staff.
\- Develop online sales and business opportunities within the UK, Europe and USA.
\- Manage Amazon and other online marketplace accounts, product listings and digital marketing activities.
\- Plan and oversee social\-media and online marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.
\- Develop and maintain relationships with UK wholesale and international customers.
\- Manage active customer and commercial accounts and deal with key customer enquiries.
\- Coordinate inventory planning, product availability, orders, booking and dispatch requirements.
\- Coordinate relevant commercial, shipping and FDA\-related product documentation where applicable.
\- Analyse sales, customer behaviour, market trends and campaign performance.
\- Identify new products, markets, customers and commercial opportunities to support continued business growth.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate should have relevant experience in e\-commerce, digital marketing and commercial/business development, together with demonstrable experience of managing staff or a marketing/e\-commerce function.
Experience of Amazon or comparable online marketplaces, international online sales, customer account management and developing European and/or US markets would be advantageous.
The position requires strong commercial awareness, organisational and analytical skills and the ability to lead a team while managing multiple e\-commerce and international business\-development projects.
Pay: £45,100\.00\-£45,500\.00 per year
