About the role
Deluxe Carpets \& Flooring Ltd is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Apprentice Content Creator to join our team and help us take our social media presence to the next level.
We’re looking for someone who loves TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and creating engaging videos and photos. You’ll be out and about with our team, capturing our flooring projects, transformations, behind\-the\-scenes content and the people who make our business what it is.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build real\-world experience in content creation, photography, videography and social media marketing while working for a growing flooring business.
What you’ll be doing
- Filming videos of our flooring projects, installations and transformations
- Taking high\-quality photos for social media and marketing
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
- Editing short\-form videos, Reels and TikToks
- Coming up with creative ideas for new content
- Capturing before\-and\-after transformations
- Getting behind\-the\-scenes footage of our team and installations
- Helping us understand what content performs best and what our audience enjoys
- Travelling to different jobs and locations when required
You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity and willingness to learn.
You’ll ideally be:
- Creative and full of ideas
- Confident using a phone camera and social media
- Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera
- Interested in TikTok, Instagram and short\-form video
- Keen to learn photography and video editing
- Reliable, organised and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Interested in how businesses use social media to grow
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
