Responsibilities
Liaise with senior management to determine the range of fire safety products to be marketed and sold.
Contribute to sales strategies and assist in setting sales targets and business development objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Meet with existing and prospective customers to understand their commercial requirements and maintain strong business relationships.
Conduct market research and customer surveys to analyse demand, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Compile and analyse sales data and market information to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage customer accounts and maintain regular contact with key clients.
Recruit, train, and supervise junior sales staff.
Produce reports and recommendations on sales performance and business development activities for senior management.
Monitor competitor activities and industry developments within the fire safety products market.
Assist in the implementation of business development initiatives to achieve company growth objectives.
