Position Summary

Based out of our modern Barcelona offices as a Google Ads consultant, your mission is to act as an essential digital growth partner for scaling companies in the Netherlands. You will take full ownership of client portfolio management—ensuring flawless onboarding experiences, driving active platform adoption, securing long\-term account retention, and proactively identifying new revenue expansion avenues for your business portfolio.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Guide new business clients through initial setup, analyzing their unique business goals to design robust, long\-term digital ad strategies.


• Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain consistent communication with C\-level stakeholders to highlight campaign success, showcase clear return on investment, and pitch added advertising tools.


• Campaign Optimization: Build, deploy, and refine client Google Ads campaigns by continually adjusting bid strategies, refining copy, and sharpening audience target segments.


• Analytics \& Reporting: Translate detailed advertising metrics into actionable insights that directly boost campaign ROAS and maximize client profitability.


• Pipeline Management: Detail all customer touchpoints, account changes, and sales stage updates accurately within our corporate CRM tool.


• Regional Feedback: Report local market nuances, emerging Dutch consumer behaviors, and industry trends back to cross\-functional teams to improve campaign templates.

• Language Skills: Fluent command of Dutch (C1/C2\) combined with fluent professional English skills.


• Background: Background working in B2B account management, digital client consulting, or commercial sales environments utilizing modern CRM software.


• Cultural Context: In\-depth understanding of the Dutch business landscape, commercial culture, and European data privacy mandates (GDPR).


• Core Strengths: Outstanding oral and written communication, strong quantitative aptitude for marketing metrics, and high digital tool literacy.
