We seek a Cyber Security Sales Executive who will be an essential part of the Business Development team. Whether you’re already established in cybersecurity sales or looking to step up from a more junior or technically aligned role, the key thing is having the right attitude, commercial mindset and genuine interest in the space.
This is a new business role. You'll be generating your own pipeline for our core service lines including Penetration Testing, Consultancy, Certification (e.g. Cyber Essentials Plus) and Managed Security Services. We are also launching a SaaS Application designed for SMEs and MSPs therefore experience in B2B SaaS sales is advantageous.
What you'll be doing:
- Building qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, network activation, and targeted campaigns.
- Running consultative discovery with IT directors, compliance leads, and senior decision\-makers.
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene as we continue to expand our team.
- Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to align outbound messaging and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand presence and generate new pipeline.
- Contributing to the development of sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and frameworks as the new business function scales.
- 2\+ years in B2B sales, ideally within cybersecurity, MSSP, MSP, or managed IT services.
- Comfortable discussing Penetration Testing, certification services and consulting engagements such as ISO 27001 with both technical and non\-technical buyers.
- A track record of generating your own pipeline and closing new business.
- Have a passion for sales and be keen to learn and develop your skill set.
- Demonstrate a keen entrepreneurial flare and the desire to build your own client base from scratch.
- An existing network of IT or compliance buyers in the UK SME space is a strong advantage.
- Self\-directed and comfortable operating with the autonomy of an early\-stage commercial function.
- Basic salary of £30,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission structure providing the opportunity for high earnings.
- Realistic Year 1 OTE of £45,000 \- £70,000
