We seek a Digital Marketing Executive who will be an essential part of the Business Development team.
Responsible for improving the performance of the company’s marketing channels and increasing the number of qualified leads entering the sales pipeline, as well as maintaining strong branding and enhancing awareness.
You will manage the website, develop content and analyse marketing performance to optimise conversion across the marketing funnel.
The role works closely with the leadership and sales team to support lead generation and improve how prospects move from initial interest to qualified opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead Generation \- Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to increase inbound leads and Marketing/Sales Qualified Leads.
- Website \& Conversion Optimisation \- Own the performance of the website, landing pages, improving engagement, conversion rates and SEO rankings.
- Campaign Management \- Support and optimise marketing campaigns including SEO, GEO, Email marketing, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Marketing Analytics \& Reporting \- Monitor marketing performance, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Content Creation \& Sales Enablement \- Develop marketing materials, blogs. case studies and content to support the sales process and nurture prospects.
- Exhibitions \& Events \- Plan and coordinate the company's presence at industry exhibitions, trade shows and events. Manage pre\-event promotion, on\-site marketing materials and post\-event follow\-up campaigns.
- 2\+ years in experience in Digital and B2B marketing.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Experience of managing or optimising a company website (WordPress or similar) and producing SEO\-focused content and engaging marketing materials.
- Proven ability to grow pipelines through targeted campaigns via email and social media.
- Experience in managing social media accounts – LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube.
- Experience in leveraging tech platforms to drive marketing activities (HubSpot, Google Analytics, MailChimp etc)
- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini or similar for the production of marketing content.
- Basic video editing skills for the production of video content for websites and social media channels.
- Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
- Up to 10% annual bonus
