Position Overview:
As Customer Service Specialist, you will work with our clients and our commercial team to make sure that the requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner. This role contributes directly to meeting our business targets and securing excellent customer satisfaction.
Main Duties \& Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for the current and potential clients, handle requests coming by phone or email
- Prepare, handle, and send various documentation as per needs (such as quotations, certificates, invoices)
- Manage demo / consignment stock
- Provide insights into purchase patterns of our clients
- Resolve issues with orders, guarantees, reclamations
- Client data maintenance, including pricing rules
- Place orders for our strategic clients
- A team player who maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Is service oriented
- Is attentive to details and enjoys working with numbers and data
- Can and like support the clients over the phone and email
- Is at ease with CRM and ERP systems
- Has good communication skills
- Can join the team in Cergy in person at least 3 times per week (hybrid work organization)
- College or university degree, preferably in sales\-related areas
- Significant experience in similar positions
- Fluent French, Dutch, and English
- CRM experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
