City Today Couriers is looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to support and lead our busy customer services team.

The successful candidate must have experience within the courier and logistics industry, with same\-day delivery experience essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the Customer Services team.


• Ensure customers receive an excellent service from booking through to delivery.


• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.


• Work closely with Operations, drivers and customers to resolve delivery issues quickly.


• Monitor team performance and maintain high customer service standards.


• Train and develop team members.


• Manage urgent and time\-critical same\-day delivery requests.


• Identify and implement improvements to customer service processes.

Essential Experience

• Previous customer service management or supervisory experience.


• Courier/logistics industry experience is essential.


• Same\-day courier experience is essential.


• Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills.


• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast\-paced environment.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Confident working with customers, drivers and operational teams.

Pay: From £30,000\.00 per year
