Customer Quality Engineer
Chroma have partnered with a globally recognised Engineering company who are looking for a highly\-skilled Customer Quality Engineer. This company operate in over 30 countries and are the forefront of innovative technology used in the Electricity, Gas, Water \& Utilities sectors.
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you’ll join an industry leading department and act as the key interface between customers and internal teams for all quality\-related matters. This will include overseeing initial investigations through to resolution, leading root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D activities and ensuring timely responses and excellent customer satisfaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem\-solving, continuous improvement, and working with customers to deliver high\-quality products and exceptional service.
Customer Quality Engineer Requirements
- Experience in a Quality Engineering role, ideally customer\-facing.
- Experience with quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, FMEA, DMAIC, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is desirable.
