Courier/Delivery Driver
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. Work at least 5 days a week, with additional weekend shifts open for those seeking more hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform multiple drop\-offs and pick\-ups of parcels, serving both residential addresses and businesses within your designated area code.
- Handle a wide variety of items efficiently.
- Complete 80 \- 120 deliveries per day over short distances.
- Start work between 6:30 am and 8:00 am, finishing once all deliveries and collections have been made.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules carefully, using a long wheelbase van.
- Operate the delivery van safely to transport goods to customers, ensuring prompt and secure deliveries.
\- Own Long Wheel Base Van. Hire and reward insurance.
\- Valid driving licence. Maximum 3 points
\- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver with Amazon, Yodel, DHL, DPD, or UPS is required.
\- Have a UK bank account and National Insurance number
\- Be willing to pass a DBS check before starting
\- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
\- Provide proof of the right to work in the UK
\- Previous Multi drop experience is required!
Each stop is paid £2\.50
Thorough training and ongoing support.
Work Location: Rotherham
Employment Types: Self\-employed, full\-time
Pay: £2\.50 per stop. You must have your own Long Wheel Base Van.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturdays available at £2\.75 a stop)
There are some bulky drops but most are light parcels.
80% of parcels are small e\-commerce Royal Mail parcels.
Multi Drop Delivery driver experience in Yodel, DHL, DPD, UPS or other recognised courier company: 2 years (required)
Pay: £200\.00\-£300\.00 per day
