Contracts Administrator
Davies Crane Ltd is a well\-established and respected crane hire company, providing high quality lifting solutions across the UK. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative, communication and coordination skills who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues, client and suppliers.
The Role
· Process customer order accurately and effectively from receipt through to completion.
· Manage contract administration, including the preparation, processing and maintenance of contract documentation.
· Prepare and issue quotations through to order placements.
· Generate purchase orders (POs) and oversee the procurement process through to receipt of goods and services.
· Liaise and coordinate activities with other depots and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Attending internal meetings.
· Compile, analyse and report on operational statistics and performance data.
· Monitor, review and approve timesheets ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Skills \& Experience
· Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Experience in order processing, contracts administration or similar operational support role.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application, particularly Excel and Word
· Experienced in compiling and reporting operational statistics.
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
· Professional, proactive and customer\-focused approach.

Job Type
20 hours per week over 5 days. Working day can be anytime between 7\.30am – 4\.00pm. Must be Monday – Friday.
