Sunday \- 10:00\-16:00

Monday \- 09:00\-18:00

As a Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be delivering results — consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high\-energy, engaging customer experience. You’ll confidently recommend products, upsell effectively, and turn every conversation into an opportunity to drive revenue and build customer loyalty.

You’ll combine product knowledge with a consultative sales approach to influence buying decisions and create repeat business.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high\-impact, face\-to\-face customer interactions that convert into sales

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPI’s

  • Maximise every opportunity through upselling, cross\-selling, and product recommendations

  • Take ownership of driving store revenue and contributing to overall business growth

  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently influence customer purchasing decisions

  • Ensure stock levels are actively managed to support sales demand and minimise missed opportunities

  • Work closely with and report directly to the Area Manager on performance and results

  • Fully embrace vaping as a core part of the role — product belief and advocacy is essential
