We’re looking for a proactive and detail\-driven Contracts Account Executive to join our growing Service Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting contract performance across the UK.
In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring all contract activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support the Head of Service Sales and Contracts in managing KPIs, maintaining accurate contract data and ensuring all reporting is delivered to a high standard and on time. From coordinating customer meetings and following up on actions, to managing enquiries and supporting renewals, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business retention and growth.
You’ll also work closely with cross\-functional teams, including Customer Solutions, Finance and Field\-based Contract Managers, to manage reports, monitor contract performance and resolve queries. Your ability to analyse data, maintain accurate records and identify opportunities for process improvement will be essential.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, customer\-focused and confident communicating at all levels. Previous experience in customer service or contract/account management is desirable, along with strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel).
This is a home\-based role with occasional travel to our Halifax office and customer sites.
