Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on\-site construction activities.
Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, materials usage, and labour costs.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
Implement and enforce site safety protocols.
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license.
