Community Care Assistant – South Birmingham \& Solihull

£12\.77 per hour \+ mileage allowance \| Full \& Part\-Time Positions Available \| Flexible Hours

About the Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support elderly and vulnerable adults to remain independent in their own homes. No two days are the same, and your role will make a genuine difference to people's lives.

Duties may include:

• Assisting with personal care


• Supporting with meal preparation


• Shopping and collecting prescriptions


• Light household duties


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Encouraging independence and wellbeing


• Recording care provided and reporting any concerns

What We're Looking For

• Caring, compassionate and reliable individuals


• Good communication skills


• A genuine desire to help others


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)


• Living in or near South Birmingham or Solihull (preferred)


• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (initial cost covered by the company)

Please note: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for this role. However, we may have opportunities available for applicants who do not drive if they live locally within our service area and are able to travel between calls on foot.

No previous care experience is required – full training will be provided.
