About the Role

We’re looking for 2 Waking Nights Care Support Workers to join our teams in Solihull area across 2 supported living sites (Bentley Heath \& Hampton\-In\-Arden) for adults with learning and physical disabilities. You’ll provide person\-centred support through the night, ensuring safety, dignity and comfort, administering medication, keeping accurate digital records, and maintaining a calm, clean environment. Travel between these 2 sites as required to support service continuity and cover.

12 hours waking night shift patterns between 8\.00pm and 8\.00am.

Staff will be required to work some weekends \& Bank Holidays. (Higher rate of pay for these shifts).

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver respectful, person\-centred support, including dignified personal care

· Administer and record medication accurately and on time

· Keep living areas clean and tidy, and support simple food/drink preparation

· Complete clear, timely digital records (e.g., care notes, handovers)

· Follow infection\-control and public\-health guidance

· Communicate effectively with colleagues and attend briefings/meetings

· Drive service users in your own or a company vehicle when required

What You’ll Bring

· Experience providing care (formal or informal)

· Calm, compassionate approach and commitment to dignity and respect

· Basic digital literacy for accurate record\-keeping

· Flexibility to work nights and occasionally travel between local sites when needed

· Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle; business\-use insurance if claiming mileage

· Right to work in the UK; willingness to complete Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks

· Level 2/3 Health \& Social Care (or equivalent)

· Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or memory problems

· Medication administration experience

· Pay: £12\.71 per hour (weekdays); 12\.50% premium for weekends/bank holidays
