We are looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Commercial Administrator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the business and would suit someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate and professional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities General Administration
- Provide day\-to\-day administrative support across the commercial team
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, documents, and correspondence
- Support managers with ad hoc administration and project work
- Ensure company systems and records are kept accurate and up to date
- Assist with recruitment administration including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Prepare onboarding documentation and new starter paperwork
- Maintain confidential employee records in line with GDPR requirements
- Support absence monitoring, probation reviews, training records, and HR administration
- Assist with internal communications and employee support administration
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier documentation
- Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, orders, and queries
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering office and operational supplies
- Maintain purchasing records and support invoice reconciliation
- Process and post deposit payments for daily orders
- Assist with customer account queries and payment chasing
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment updates
- Support payroll administration and document processing
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Support month\-end reporting and finance administration processes
- Liaise with internal departments regarding finance\-related queries
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration experience within an office, commercial, HR, finance, or purchasing environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work
- Experience supporting HR, finance, purchasing, or credit control functions
- Experience using ERP, HR, or finance systems
- Understanding of basic finance or purchasing processes

Pay: Up to £29,000\.00 per year
