Chef de Partie - Full Time
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background and be committed to delivering high\-quality food in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in food preparation and meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
· Adhere to agreed procedures and policies within food preparation areas
· Adhere to rigid cost controls across breakfast, lunch and dinner activities
· Comply with all local legal requirements, with particular focus on Food Safety
· Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
· Ensuring food safety and hygiene is managed to high standards and meets all UK laws and regulations
· Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety in the food and beverage areas
· Supporting wider kitchen operations
· Preparation of staff food on daily basis
· Recording expenditures and costs for kitchen department.
· Reporting and communicating appropriately to Line Manager and Seniors within agreed timeframes
· Working with Guest Ambassadors team, executing all levels of service with premium quality
· Working with our Events and Sales teams, ensure that all events activities are planned and executed in timely manner and at highest standards
Requirements
· Task\-orientated and conscious team player
· Organised and self\-motivated
· Minimum 2\-year experience in hospitality or similar customer service\-orientated business
· Strategic, directional, and forward thinking
· Good written and spoken English
· In\-depth understanding of UK laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Pay: £14\.05\-£14\.42 per hour
