The Beeches Residential Care Home requires Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to join our amazing team, we have full and part time vacancies available.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, helping them with daily tasks and promoting their overall well\-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

\`Responsibilities\`
\- Assist Residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
\- Help with meal preparation and feeding
\- Provide companionship and emotional support
\- Assist with medication reminders
\- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
\- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
\- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
\- Maintain accurate records of care provided

\- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.
\- Compassionate and patient
\- Excellent communication skills
\- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
\- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
