Your Role as a Sales Customer Relationship Manager:
  • Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add\-ons.

  • Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.

  • Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.

  • Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.

  • Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.

  • Pro\-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
What Are We Looking For?
  • A full driving licence, Manual and Auto.

  • Honesty, with high levels of integrity.

  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.

  • Target\-driven, customer\-focused individuals, ideally with sales experience.

  • Excellent communication and customer\-facing skills.

  • Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

  • Well\-presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records.

  • Resiliency and results\-focused, you will always be open to positive feedback.
