Business Studies Teacher (part time)

We are working with a high school in Hounslow who are seeking an outstanding and motivated Business Studies Teacher. This is a part time role (flexible between 2\-3 days per week) with the potential to become full time.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching \& Learning

• Teach Business Studies across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the ability to teach to Key Stage 5 a bonus


• Track student progress and ensure high achievement


• Support curriculum development and effective assessment practices

• Mark and assess student work in line with school policy


• Maintain accurate records and provide reports


• Attend parents’ evenings and communicate student progress

• Contribute to school life, meetings and events


• Uphold behaviour, safeguarding and equality policies


• Engage in ongoing professional development


• Build partnerships with governors, schools and external agencies

• Promote high standards and a positive school ethos


• Comply with safeguarding, data protection and health \& safety requirements


• Participate in appraisal and performance management

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hounslow, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
