Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage client information, and analyse sales data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is essential; experience with other CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Pay: £24,696\.07\-£65,185\.65 per year
