Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new contracts and partnerships.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.


• Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage client information, and analyse sales data.


• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.


• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.


• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.


• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is essential; experience with other CRM platforms is advantageous.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.


• Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities.


• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.
