Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the organisation’s client base and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve organisational targets.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within relevant industries.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and identify opportunities.
- Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self\-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
