Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced KBB \& Interior Design Consultant to join our showroom team. This is a customer\-facing role combining design, sales, and project coordination across bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and interior spaces.

You will manage clients from initial enquiry through to final design and sale, delivering a high standard of service and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and present customer plans, mood boards, and quotations


• Use CAD software (Virtual Worlds and Winner) to create accurate designs


• Generate and follow up new business leads and quotations


• Guide customers through the full design and buying process


• Build strong customer relationships and manage client expectations


• Close sales and achieve agreed targets


• Maintain high showroom presentation standards


• Carry out general showroom administration and follow\-ups


• Support social media activity with engaging content (desirable)

Skills \& Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a KBB showroom environment


• Strong product knowledge of bathrooms, kitchens, and/or bedrooms


• Good understanding of plumbing processes and industry standards


• Experience using Virtual Worlds and Winner CAD (training available)


• Adobe design skills advantageous


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Reliable, customer\-focused, and professional


• Strong sales ability with a consultative approach

Working Hours

Full\-time, 5 days per week on a rota basis (including every other weekend):

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm


• Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm


• Sunday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

Salary \& Benefits

• £29,000 – £38,000 per annum (DOE)
