Bank Community Complex Care Nurse
We provide support for patients both days and nights.

We in the Community Complex Care Team pride ourselves on our delivery of excellent, holistic patient and family centred care within the home, school and a variety of community settings. All of our client group (Adults and Children) have highly complex physical health needs, which we meet in order to support their independence and enable them to lead fulfilling lives at home with their families.
We are a large, expanding team covering the whole of Staffordshire, with office bases in Stafford, Stoke\-On\-Trent, Tamworth \& Lichfield. We operate in a Hub system, which is, based on geographical location. This allows us to ensure a supportive, small team feel across all hubs. We provide a 24/7 nurse on call service, ensuring a constant point of contact where support can be accessed.
Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking for a temporary opportunity to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Nurses with ITU experience, tracheostomy care and ventilators to join our team on an as and when basis to provide one to one complex care in the community for children and adults.
This post requires significant and demonstrable post registration experience within complex or critical care settings.
By providing gaps in service provision due to staff sickness or short\-term vacancy you will be supporting our patients to and their families in the community. The whole of your shift will be spent with the patient, so you are really making a difference.
The shifts are mainly waking nights with the occasional day cover.
When longer short\-term care provision is required due to service demand we will discuss availability and resourcing with you.
Support and training can be offered to ensure you are confident and competent caring for patients with complex needs in the community.

The post holder will work their hours flexibly to meet the needs of the service. The team have a 24/7 on call provision to provide out of hours support.
Post\-registration experience in a community, continuing health care environment or critical care is essential. A post registration qualification in a relevant area is desirable.
Must be able to travel across the Staffordshire locality.
Mileage can be claimed from one of our nearest bases of Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Tamworth or Lichfield for mileage purposes if over and above your home to base mileage.
