Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will be/have:

• Experienced within the role in high end restaurants/AA Standard


• Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations.


• Self\- motivated, proactive and highly organised


• Proactive in running the day to day business


• Experience of managing a strong team of Waiters and floor staff.


• Computer literate, customer and detailed focused


• Able to communicate well with team members from all divisions


• Be a team player, working alongside the front of house and back of house.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for team work, leading, training and motivating team members.


• Hold pre\-session briefings as and when appropriate and make sure the team are fully briefed and trained on any new amended food and drink products, and any promotional activity.


• Support and coach team members to up\-sell.


• Deal with any issues that arise during each shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the Restaurant manager where necessary.


• Liaise with other departments including kitchen and door teams in the business to ensure every customer experiences a consistent level of service.
