The Role
We're looking for a Assistant Operations Manager (Zero Hours) for a site in Birmingham. What kind of person will love this job? One who wants to make this site their own. You are someone who cares deeply about something that you are entrusted with, and you take pride in keeping the facility in excellent working order, clean, and making brands happy. Does this sound like you? While you don't need to have experience running sites, we'll train you up. We want someone hands\-on who can make repairs, paint, and generally keep the site in order.
Contract: 20\-25 Hours Per Week, Monday \- Sunday , zero hours
Weekend availability for emergencies (paid)
Start date: ASAP
What will you get?

- Manage the daily operations of Encore’s Birmgham facilities including maintaining site security, undertaking general maintenance, building health and safety checks
- Be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the site
- Perform regular Cleaning if needed
- Contact and coordinate with contractors for minor repairs and maintenance
- Meet contractors onsite and monitor their progress on works
- Perform regular check\-ins with our brands to monitor their trading experience
- Perform regular brand member inspections, communicating and dealing with any issues
- Scheduled planned preventative maintenance work and keep the sites documentation updated on our internal site management system
- Responsible for brand move\-ins and move\-outs, preparing the kitchens and organising deep cleans
- Managing the cleaning teams on site
- Handy: able to perform low\-level maintenance and other odd jobs if required (basic repair, painting and decorating, cleaning etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively by email and text messaging
- Capable of administration through software programs
- A good problem solver with plenty of initiative
- Flexibility and willingness to work with fluid schedules; available during peak hours of operation
- Strong English language skills
Pay: £13\.00 per hour
