Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support the store management team in driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to achieve their best while maintaining a lively, organised, and welcoming environment for all customers.
Successful candidate would work minimum of 40 hours a week and be prepared to work weekends as their normal working hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Support sales management initiatives by motivating staff and achieving sales targets
- Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high\-performing team
- Oversee merchandising and stock organisation to maintain attractive displays aligned with brand standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating professional etiquette and organisational skills
- Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities, time management, and organisational efficiency
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or a customer\-focused environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, merchandising, and retail operations
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Previous administrative experience including scheduling, stock control, and record keeping
- Familiarity with management tools and software relevant to retail operations
Pay: £28,080\.00\-£31,590\.00 per year
