Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be supporting the General Manager and the bars and retail team leading our newest premium bar at Gatwick Airport. Working alongside the GM you will be extremely hands on and will help deliver the concept at venue level and support with day\-to\-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the launch of our newest site at Gatwick Airport including Recruitment \& Training

  • The day\-to\-day operations of the business and implementing our brand standards.

  • Focus on delivering premium service will be key

  • Crafting a signature customer experience by going above and beyond for guests.

  • Living the brands’ citizenship ideals and ensuring it’s core to the daily operations.

  • Ensuring business is compliant, under Fever\-Tree’s and the airport’s Health \& Safety and food safety standards.

  • Be an ambassador for Fever\-Tree, ensuring our brand service standards are delivered.

  • Aid in managing budgets effectively, including P\&L accountability

  • Leading and motivating the team
Skills required:
  • Self\-motivated and a passion for delivering excellent service

  • Problem solver and a ‘get things done’ attitude

  • Sound knowledge of food standards and H\&S practices

  • ‘Team Player’

  • Inquisitive nature.

  • Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with a huge range of people

  • Ability to develop, coach and inspire a high\-performing team
