Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Food \& Beverage Manager to join our team at ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead our Food and Beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full\-time role comes with a salary up to £32,000 p.a. plus benefits.

About the position

As Food \& Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of our F\&B department. You will lead, inspire and develop your team, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and guest satisfaction are consistently delivered.

Role responsibilities

• Manage all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel


• Lead, train and motivate the F\&B team


• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the guest experience


• Control costs, stock and budgets to meet financial targets


• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations


• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally


• Work closely with the wider management team to support overall hotel performance

What we look for in a candidate

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Food \& Beverage management role, ideally within a hotel


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities


• Financial awareness and experience managing budgets


• A hands on approach with a passion for hospitality


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and shifts as required
