Architectural Technical Designer/Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site surveys and translate findings into robust technical documentation.


• Produce detailed, coordinated architectural and construction drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.


• Collaborate with concept designers to translate high\-level ideas into technically deliverable solutions.


• Assist with the integration and coordination of M\&E / technical services within architectural packages.


• Carry out material, product, and systems research to support efficient and innovative technical solutions.


• Review drawings for constructability, identifying risks and proposing pragmatic solutions.


• Contribute to ensuring technical outputs meet our internal quality standards.


• Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams.

• A degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a relevant built\-environment qualification


• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with Revit is an advantage.


• A solid grounding in construction, building regulations, and architectural detailing.


• Some experience taking projects from survey through to finishing details — we welcome candidates who are eager to grow in this area.


• An understanding of M\&E coordination and practical integration within architectural design.


• A proactive, problem\-solving mindset — anticipating challenges before they become issues.
