Aftersales Warehouse Manager(Mandarin Speaking)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Warehouse Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to oversee warehouse operations within our logistics and supply chain division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse’s day\-to\-day activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with supervisory experience and a strong background in logistics systems to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimise warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment.


• Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure team efficiency.


• Oversee Customer Relationship management systems (CRM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ERP systems to streamline processes and optimise resource utilisation.


• Coordinate with third\-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.


• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety standards, and cost\-effectiveness.


• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using systems such as AS400 and Warehouse Management System.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper operation of forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.


• Analyse profit \& loss data related to warehouse activities to identify areas for optimisation.


• Manage shipping \& receiving schedules, optimise storage layouts, and oversee transportation logistics.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all warehouse functions to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.


• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics operations, and warehouse management systems (WMS).


• Experience working with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.


• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and third\-party logistics (3PL) coordination.


• Hands\-on experience operating forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely.


• Demonstrated ability in process improvement projects within a warehousing context.


• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
