£27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Full\-Time \| Permanent \| Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm)

New Harvest Wholesale, the largest oriental food supplier in the West Midlands, is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily incoming and outgoing payments using SAP

Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

Liaise with Credit Control, Sales, Warehouse, and Drivers

Process returns and raise credit notes

Monitor customer account balances and non\-reconciled transactions

Process supplier invoices and payments

Reconciling bank statements, accounts and financial records.

Requirements:

Strong numeracy skills

Intermediate MS Office (Word \& Excel)

SAP knowledge (advantageous)

High attention to detail

Benefits:

£250 quarterly bonus after passing 6 months’ probation.
