Account Manager (Additional Services)

Established over 30 years ago, Hawkesworth Appliance Testing Ltd is a market\-leading leading electrical testing company and as we continue to thrive, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Account Manager to join our team at Head Office in Thirsk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Dealing with new and existing customers to book and arrange a variety of electrical testing services
- Promotion of Service Offer: Cultivate relationships to offer and arrange additional services to our existing client base
- Client Relationship Building: Manage relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services throughout their journey with Hawkesworth
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare bespoke quotations for customers for a variety of services
- Database Management: Maintain, manage and update our extensive customer database
- Customer Service: Maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience within a fast\-paced environment e.g. sales, hospitality and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building. You will be able to work as part of a driven team, have an interest in professional development and support the consistent growth and performance of the business.
Knowledge of electrical testing services and related products would be beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.

- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
