30 Hours per Week \| £13\.50 per Hour \+ Bonus Opportunities
Bartons Mill is a unique pub, restaurant and wedding venue set in the heart of Hampshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer\-focused Wedding \& Events Coordinator to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our couples and guests.
This is a varied role that combines sales, administration, event planning and event delivery. You will be responsible for guiding couples from their initial enquiry through to their wedding day, while also supporting private functions, venue events and social media activity.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeddings \& Events
- Respond to wedding and event enquiries
- Conduct venue showarounds and appointments
- Prepare quotes, contracts and event paperwork
- Build strong relationships with couples throughout their planning journey
- Coordinate wedding details with suppliers and internal departments
- Ensure all event information is communicated accurately to the operational team
- Attend and support weddings and private functions, including weekends
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the booking process
- Manage wedding and function enquiries from initial contact through to booking
- Maintain accurate records and booking information
- Support sales initiatives to maximise wedding and event revenue
- Assist with achieving venue sales targets
- Assist with social media content and promotion
- Support the planning and delivery of pub events throughout the year
- Help promote weddings, functions and special events across the business
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, weddings or customer service
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A confident and friendly personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to get involved across the business
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required for weddings and events
