Maxi Zoo Ireland are currently recruiting for a Part Time Webstore Fulfilment Assistant for our Finglas store.

• Previous experience in similar environment is desirable

• Order Fulfilment \-Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders, ensuring all items are correct, in perfect condition, and ready for timely dispatch.


• Customer Satisfaction \- Support an exceptional online shopping experience by maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, helping ensure customers receive their orders promptly and as expected.


• Inventory Management \- Monitor stock levels while picking orders, and assist in maintaining organised storage areas to ensure product availability for online customers.


• Quality \& Brand Standards \- Handle products with care, uphold company standards, and ensure packaging reflects the brands commitment to quality and customer trust.


• Team Collaboration \- Work closely with store and fulfilment teams to meet daily targets and resolve any order\-related issues quickly and effectively.


• Personal Development \- Take ownership of your growth by engaging in training and development opportunities in consultation with your manager.
