Established in 1970, Conaty Food and Catering Supplies delivers more than 18,000 catering, food and equipment products into our customer base of over 2,000 hotels, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Our Blanchardstown depot hosts Ireland’s largest hospitality showrooms.

Due to the continued expansion of our businesses, we are seeking to recruit an HR Generalist to work with our HR Team at our Blanchardstown site.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Co\-ordinate the recruitment \& selection process, ensuring job posts are accurate and refreshed, interviews are arranged and that candidate communication is timely and professional.

Manage the onboarding process for new recruits to include meet and greet of new hires, preparing induction documentation, scheduling training, PPE provision, completing HR documentation etc..

Manage all aspects of employee relations taking full responsibility in ensuring that all practices and documentation is compliant with current employment legislation.

Take full responsibility in ensuring that our employee headcount is compliant with all right to work processes and ensure robust systems are in place to manage this.

Create and continuously update key HR metrics to ensure solutions to any upcoming challenge is identified.

Monitor and take action as required on Health, Safety and HACCP processes and procedures

Carry out Manual Handling training for new starters and existing employees.

Maintain our employee database, ensuring all information is continuously updated.

Manage Health \& Safety and compliance training records for new recruits and existing employees.

Ensure all HACCP documentation is up to date and completed to the required standard.

Resolve queries submitted by payroll.

Carry out all other ad hoc duties as they arise.

Key Skills and Competencies:

HR Qualification essential

CIPD membership preferable

Manual Handling Instructor qualification QQI Level 6

Minimum 5 years experience in a HR role

Minimum 4 years administrative experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills essential

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Competent working knowledge of Ms Office

Strong written/numerical/analytical skills
