About the Role
We’re looking for a Shopify Website Manager with strong CX and UX skills to manage and continuously improve our e\-commerce website.

You’ll own the day\-to\-day Shopify experience, ensuring the site is easy to navigate, commercially effective, on\-brand, and optimised for conversion. You’ll use customer feedback, analytics and UX best practice to identify friction and improve the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day\-to\-day Shopify website, including content, collections, navigation, merchandising and promotions.

Own and improve the end\-to\-end customer journey, from discovery through to checkout.

Identify UX and conversion opportunities across desktop and mobile.

Use analytics, customer feedback, reviews and support data to identify and resolve customer pain points.

Optimise navigation, search, onsite journeys and promotional experiences.

Support CRO initiatives, including A/B testing and performance analysis.

Liaise with the development team to scope, prioritise and deliver website improvements and technical updates.

Coordinate with designers, developers, marketing and customer service teams.

Manage Shopify apps, integrations and website updates.

Ensure the website is accurate, fast, mobile\-friendly and technically healthy.

Experience \& Skills
Experience managing a Shopify / Shopify Plus website.

Strong understanding of e\-commerce UX, CX and CRO.

Commercially minded with a strong customer\-first approach.

Proficient in GA4 and comfortable using analytics and customer data to make decisions.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and Shopify themes.

JavaScript experience would be beneficial.

Experience with Hotjar/Clarity and SEO is a plus.

Success in the Role
You’ll be successful if you can make the website easier to use, increase conversion, reduce customer friction and continuously improve the online shopping experience.

Key metrics may include conversion rate, AOV, mobile conversion, checkout abandonment, revenue and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
