We are looking for a talented, creative, and commercially focused Kitchen Salesperson to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven background in kitchen sales and design who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating stunning, functional kitchen spaces.

Working closely with clients from initial consultation through to final design, you will be responsible for turning ideas into bespoke kitchen solutions while driving sales and maximising revenue opportunities.

Please note: Previous kitchen sales experience is a mandatory requirement for this position. Applications from candidates without kitchen sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bespoke kitchens using industry\-leading software, including ArtiCAD or WinnerFlex (Compusoft).


• Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle requirements, preferences, and budgets.


• Produce accurate and innovative kitchen designs that combine functionality and aesthetics.


• Present design proposals confidently and professionally, converting enquiries into sales.


• Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling of appliances, accessories, worktops, and premium upgrades.


• Support customers throughout the buying journey, providing expert product and design advice.


• Maintain accurate project records, quotations, design revisions, and customer communications.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and installers to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Keep up to date with the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and industry developments.


• Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety standards and building regulations.


• Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Spanish language skills would be advantageous.

✅ Proven experience in kitchen sales is essential
✅ Previous experience in kitchen design and customer consultations
✅ Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing sales
✅ Experience using kitchen design software such as ArtiCAD, WinnerFlex, SketchUp, CAD, or similar platforms
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Strong organisational and time\-management abilities
✅ Good numerical skills for measurements, quotations, and budgeting
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Professional, positive, and customer\-focused attitude

Desirable Skills

• Experience within a luxury or bespoke kitchen environment


• Knowledge of current kitchen trends, appliances, and interior design concepts


• Merchandising and showroom presentation experience
