Warehouse/Yard Supervisor

Based in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle, Westons Cider is an independent cider\-making company, making premium award\-winning ciders since 1880\.

We’re now looking for Warehouse Supervisors to play a vital leadership role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Your opportunity

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a dedicated Warehouse and Yard team, creating a safe, efficient, and well\-organised working environment during our operations. Working closely with Production and Transport, you’ll ensure finished goods, materials, and dispatches are managed seamlessly, helping our world\-class ciders reach customers far and wide.

This is a hands\-on leadership role, spending around 75% of your time on the floor, supporting your team and leading by example, alongside 25% administrative and reporting responsibilities.

Working Hours \-

We are currently recruiting for two Supervisor roles.

Role 1:

Based at our new distribution centre in Ledbury \- Shift hours 09\.30\-18\.00 Monday – Friday

Role 2:

Based at our primary production facility in Much Marcle \- Shift hours 14\.00\-22\.00 Sunday – Thursday

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading Warehouse \& Yard operations


• Championing colleague safety, wellbeing, and high standards


• Supporting production through effective materials supply and internal transfers


• Managing finished goods put\-away and dispatch preparation


• Maintaining smooth, accurate inventory control


• Driving performance through clear communication and strong leadership

What you’ll bring

Essential

• Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams


• Background in fast\-paced production or distribution environments


• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people


• Solid understanding of Warehouse \& Yard operations and inventory control


• Strong communication skills

Desirable

• Forklift / MHE licence


• Health \& Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH)


• Experience using WMS or ERP systems


• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments

Pay: £33,000\.00\-£37,000\.00 per year
