Job Summary – Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment, maintaining stock integrity, and upholding safety and operational standards throughout your shift.
Flexibility in working hours and days is essential for all applicants but generally any 5 from 7 days and up to 42\.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
· Team Supervision \- Support, guide, and oversee warehouse operatives to ensure high performance, strong productivity, and adherence to company policies.
· Daily Operations \- Ensure all warehouse activities picking, packing, goods‑in, goods‑out are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
· Order Fulfilment \- Maintain high standards of order accuracy and ensure customer orders are processed and dispatched on time.
· Inventory Control \- Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, empty location checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
· Safety \& Compliance
Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring all team members follow health and safety procedures.
· Process Improvement \- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and accuracy within the warehouse.
· Communication \& Coordination \- Work closely with inbound, outbound, customer service, and courier teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
· KPIs \& Performance \- Support the monitoring of key metrics such as order accuracy, productivity, and SLA performance.
Experience Required
· Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
· Experience within an eCommerce, B2C, or B2B fulfilment environment is highly desirable
· Ability to provide up to two references prior to start date
