Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient stock controller to oversee and support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workflows, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to MCF’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading eCommerce fulfilment providers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Stock Control Team Member, you must have a genuine passion for ensuring our clients consistently receive our industry leading “MCF experience”.

Your tasks may include:

· Cycle counting / Periodic Stock Counts

· Pick to zero counting

· Problem solving via P.I.

· Utilisation reporting

· Systems maintenance

· Layout maintenance / inbound planning

· Process audit

Experience

• Previous experience in a stock or warehouse role is essential.


• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, and business processes is preferred.


• Proficiency in data analysis skills, particularly using warehouse management systems (Mintsoft).


• Strong organisational skills with an ability to analyse stock levels effectively.


• Excellent communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and collaborating with team members.
