Warehouse Operator

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our logistics operation. This is a new fast\-paced warehouse environment supporting parcel processing, sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading activities for a distribution hub.

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring parcels are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities \- Depending on the role assigned, duties may include:

• Unloading parcels from trailers and containers


• Scanning inbound and outbound shipments using PDA devices


• Sorting parcels to designated locations


• Building and sealing dispatch bags


• Loading parcels onto outbound vehicles


• Moving parcels between operational areas


• Identifying and processing exception shipments


• Verifying shipment labels and barcode information


• Maintaining accurate operational records


• Following warehouse health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Must be able to onboard by 15th June


• Ability to work shifts (15:00 \- 23:30 after a few months 3 shift patterns will be available)


• Ability to speak Chinese would be advantageous, though not essential.


• Good attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced warehouse environment


• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods


• Basic English and numerical skills


• Ability to use handheld scanners or PDA devices


• Reliable, punctual, and team\-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements \- Some positions require:

• Continuous lifting and handling of parcels weighing up to 20–25kg


• Frequent bending, walking, and manual handling activities


• Working efficiently under time\-sensitive operational targets

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse, logistics, courier, or parcel handling experience


• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems


• Familiarity with pallet trucks, pallets, or conveyor systems


• Previous parcel sorting or fulfilment experience
